Miss Oregon Scholarship Pageant starts Wednesday (Seaside Signal)

Miss Clatsop County Jessica Hoffman will be one of the 24 young women competing in the 2009 Miss Oregon Scholarship Pageant July 8 â€" 11 at the Seaside Civic and Convention Center, with the winner going on to compete at the Miss American Pageant in Las Vegas.
