Teachout, others honored with ‘09 Lloyd Scholarship (Shenandoah Valley News)

The Lloyd Family Foundation has announced three scholarship recipients for The Dennis Lloyd Scholarship for 2009; Chelsey Teachout of Shenandoah, Christopher Palmquist of Stanton and Andrew Drake of Bedford will each receive $5,000 per year for up to four years to financially assist them in the study of graphic arts or journalism.
